Are you a proactive, commercially minded Finance Director who wants more than just a reporting role?

I'm working with a client looking for an FD who brings energy, presence, and a hands-on approach — someone who wants to be in the business, driving performance and influencing decisions, not just sitting behind the numbers.

This is a broad, high-impact role where you'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape direction, improve performance, and support ongoing growth.

What you'll be doing:

Leading financial strategy, planning, and reporting
      Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business
      Driving commercial performance and business improvement
      Enhancing processes, controls, and financial visibility
      Getting involved operationally where needed

Proven Finance Director experience (or ready to step up)
      Strong commercial awareness and business partnering skills
