Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Bristol - Production Department
Salary: £28,222.65 per year
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)
Days: 7am - 7pm | Nights: 7pm - 7am

Are you a hands-on individual with a passion for working in a fast-paced production environment? Paragon is currently looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our team in Bristol. You'll play a vital role in our production operations, helping us meet client demands and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.

🔍 What You'll Be Doing:

Setting up and operating enclosing machines to meet daily production requirements.

*

Following client-specific instructions and job work orders.

*

Managing machine processes, stock levels, and workload planning to maximise output.

*

Ensuring quality control and adherence to company checks and procedures.

*

Reporting machine faults, print quality concerns, or stock issues to management.

About You:

*

Comfortable working in a shift-based role, including nights.

*

Able to follow instructions and work independently.

*

Mechanically minded with a proactive approach to production work.

*

Focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
