Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Scheme Manager to join a public sector organisation, to support schemes for customers over the age of 55.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Scheme Manager:

Support designated schemes for customers over the age of 55 to help customers to live as independently as possible
Carry out daily checks and complete handovers to team members
Liaise with third party agencies
Complete support plans and risk assessments
Ensure safeguarding

Essential Requirements of the Scheme Manager:

Driving Licence (desirable)
Enhanced DBS
