We are excited to be working with a reputable Logistics company who are a leader in their field and have an fantastic opportunity to join their team in Nursling, Hampshire! Our client is looking for a Traffic Administrator who has strong administrative skills and is looking to join a friendly and dynamic team on a full time permanent basis.
The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit someone with previous administration, invoicing and customer service experience and can be part of the companies continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry on Excel spreadsheets and the company system
* Managing fuel cards
* Managing PODs
* Generating reports and analysing statistics
* Processing any parking or driving fines accordingly
* Filing
* Invoicing
* Answering incoming calls from staff and customers
* Dealing with any invoicing queries
* Responding to e-mails
* Any other general administrative duties required within the team
Key Skills:
* Previous administration experience from within a transport or warehouse environment would be an advantage
* Previous experience of managing the customer service and invoice processes
* Excellent communication skills
* Computer literate - experienced in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
* Strong customer service skills
