LAW Absolute is working with a top 50 city firm who currently have an opportunity for an experienced construction litigation lawyer to join them on a FTC basis for 12 months to cover a maternity leave starting on short notice. the firm is a leading practice in this area and known in the market for being team focused, collaborative and innovative. The positon will offer varied and interesting work comprising both UK and international construction disputes including ADR. In addition to this you will have demonstrable experience of working on professional negligence and risk gained at a reputable law firm.
Knowledge of standard form construction contracts will also be beneficial but not essential.
Due to the nature of the role and responsibilities involved you, will have at least 5 years of experience in construction litigation and be able to advise clients and manage a caseload.
