Residential Registered Manager – Children’s Home
- Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Bonus Scheme
- Total maximum annual bonus achievable = £8,820

Are you an experienced leader passionate about transforming the lives of young people? We’re looking for a Registered Manager to lead one of our Ofsted-regulated children’s homes, ensuring exceptional care, strong safeguarding and a nurturing, high-quality environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of a children’s home, ensuring full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Ofsted requirements and safeguarding legislation.
- Build, inspire and support a high-performing staff team through supervision, training and safer recruitment.
- Ensure outstanding care planning, risk assessments and person-centred support for each young person.
- Maintain high standards across the home’s environment, health & safety, rota planning and budgeting.
- Foster positive relationships with professionals, families and multi-agency partners.
- Provide strong leadership, oversight of incidents, and participate in the on-call rota.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care
- At least 1 year managerial experience in a children’s home
- Level 5 Leadership & Management (Children’s Residential Care) – or working towards it
- Strong safeguarding knowledge, emotional resilience and excellent decision-making skills
- High standard of communication, organisation and report writing
- Full clean driving licence
