Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for a Head of Wholesale Partnerships - Fashion role. This position will own key fashion and sports brand relationships, driving long-term strategy and commercial success while leading and supporting relationship management for continued growth.

The business is a fast-growing omnichannel retailer, working with some of the largest global branded and own-label partners across the UK and internationally.

The roles and responsibilities for Head of Wholesale Partnerships- Fashion role are -

  • Own and lead strategic relationships with assigned fashion and sports brands, acting as the senior point of contact
  • Nurture and grow existing relationships with key brand partners
  • Manage a team of 3 direct reports and support team.
  • Lead long-term brand strategy and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
  • Drive performance reviews with brand partners, including collaboration and key strategic initiatives
  • Manage financial performance, KPI tracking, and market reporting
  • Work closely with brands to develop ranges, negotiate contracts, and source new products aligned to regional and customer profiles
  • Partner with commercial teams on budgets, product mix, distribution strategy, and negotiations
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and help standardise ways of working across the business

To be successful in this Head of Wholesale Partnerships- Fashion role are -

  • Experience in B2B partnerships, ideally within fashion, sportswear, footwear, or accessories retail
  • You must be operating at Senior Leadership/ Head of level, with 8+ years' experience in partnerships, wholesale, or B2B sales or account management roles.
  • You must have experience of managing a team
  • Experience across both store and e-commerce environments
  • A strong track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships
  • A highly collaborative approach, with experience translating strategy into execution across cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams within buying or brand partnership environments
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience interpreting commercial data, developing KPIs, and driving data-led decisions
  • Flexibility to manage travel between head office, suppliers, and store visits
