Our client, a progressive and innovative residential developer, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee a new residential development in the village of Llanarth, just 3 miles from the seaside town of New Quay.

This role offers the opportunity to lead a project that emphasises quality, community, and attention to detail. The development will feature a range of 2 to 4-bedroom homes, designed to harmonise with the local architecture and natural surroundings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers.

*

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and maintaining accurate records.

*

Liaise with stakeholders, including the client's project team, to provide updates and address any issues promptly.

*

Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the construction process.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects.

*

Valid SMSTS and First Aid certifications.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills.

*

Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

*

Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.

*

Full UK driving
