Salary: £50000 - £65000/annum

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of lighting products, spotting market trends, sourcing new and exciting products, and working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to make sure everything delivers on the business goals. You'll be reporting to the Product Development Director and teaming up with a fellow Lighting Product Manager, so being a team player who gets on with people is key.

Description

Hunting out new products and suppliers that fit the company's vision and category strategy

Working with leadership to shape and push the category forward

Collaborating across departments to launch products on time with all the right checks in place

Negotiating with suppliers and building strong, sustainable partnerships

Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market to keep the product range fresh, competitive, and profitable

Profile

Someone with solid product development or category management experience in commercial lighting or electrical accessories

Ideally, you've got hands-on experience in electrical manufacturing and product creation in lighting or electrical - that's a big plus

You know your way around supplier negotiations and managing those relationships

You understand UK lighting market specs, safety requirements, and what makes a product tick

You're organised, a clear communicator, and love digging into the details

A self-starter who can work independently but also thrives in a friendly, collaborative team environment

Flexible with your working patterns - the team mostly works a couple of days a week in the office, with some remote working too
