  • Develop and manage production planning and workflow across departments

  • Oversee contract reviews, ensuring accuracy of drawings and timely procurement of tooling

  • Drive lead time management and capacity planning initiatives

  • Champion quality management systems and lead QC activities across all departments

  • Manage manufacturing admin, including order processing, part inspection, despatch, and certification

  • Oversee site safety systems, maintenance, and overall site management

  • Motivate and manage personnel, fostering a positive and high-performance team culture

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in CNC machining and CAD-based design

  • Demonstrable experience implementing and monitoring engineering KPIs

  • Proven track record in manufacturing and capacity planning

  • Understanding of ISO or equivalent quality systems

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills - able to inspire and influence teams

  • Highly organised with a solutions-focused approach
