We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support students in secondary schools across Liverpool. Whether you are an experienced TA or someone with a background in youth work, we want to hear from you.

We have roles starting ASAP and for the Summer Term (April). We offer both flexible daily cover and long-term placements in some of the city's top schools.

What you need:

• Experience working with children or young people (essential).
• A valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Classroom and behaviour management.

Key Duties:

• Support students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis during lessons.
• Help students understand their work and stay focused on tasks.
• Assist the teacher with classroom management and behaviour.
• Adapt learning materials to help students who may be struggling.
• Help supervise students during break times or school trips.
• Provide a safe and encouraging environment for all pupils.
