Removals Sales Co-ordinator - London - £23-25K + Bonus - OTE 28-30K - VR/21682
Our client, a busy removal company based in London, is looking for a full time Sales Co-ordinator. You will be responsible for handling client Sales enquires and following through with administrative tasks related to private and commercial moves and storage.
Role and Responsibilities of the Sales Co-ordinator:
- Receiving Domestic, Commercial and storage enquires by telephone, email, and internet
- Receiving bookings for branch surveys, qualifying enquiry, identify the source of the lead
- Entering relevant details onto Moveware, including quotes whether Domestic, Commercial, or storage
- Placing enquires on to the system, allocating appointments and move dates
- Cradle to grave handling of enquires for all accounts
- Raising and issuing invoices
- Resolving customer queries
- General administrative tasks
Requirements for the Sales Co-ordinator:
- MUST have previous experience in the removals industry
- Sales experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good literacy skills
- PC Literate, good knowledge of word and excel
- Numeric and analytical skills
- Good Organiser
- Effective communicator verbally and written
- Effective problem solver
- Accurate record keeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer and Client focused
- Takes the initiative to get things done
- Enthusiastic and a positive attitude to providing solutions to challenges internal and external customers
