A council (based up North) is looking for an interim Estates Manager.

Managing a team of around 6 surveyors, focusing on the landlord and tenant backlog.

The council is in financial distress and is looking for someone who is used to a trying environment.

They also need someone to help them build up the team.

£600 a day.

6 Month contract.

Likely to carry on for at least 12 months
