An independent, commercial minded consultancy hold the desire to continue to grow their Building Surveying Team by hiring a competent Senior Building Surveyor based out of London.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will become a key member of the team, providing technical advice and support on various Building Surveying services.

We require a Senior Building Surveyor to hold:

• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Qualified with MRICS or MCIOB
• Commercial practise experience
• A confident and client-facing individual
• Both project and professional services experience

Salary + Benefits

•£0,000 base salary
• Car Allowance
• Hybrid working - 3 days working on site/office, 2 days from home.
