We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant with proven Additional Learning Needs (ALN) experience to join our vibrant team.

Start Date: September 1st 2025
Salary: up to £90 per day (Full Time)

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing tailored support to children with ALN to help them achieve their full potential

Working closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual learning plans

Creating an inclusive, engaging classroom environment where every child feels seen and supported

Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We're Looking For:

✅ Experience supporting pupils with ALN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, etc.)
✅ A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to learning
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✅ A genuine passion for education and inclusion
✅ Relevant qualifications or willingness to train

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
