Day-to-day of the role: - Work full-time as a key worker for a range of children.
- Model knowledge and best practices to colleagues, enhancing the learning environment.
- Engage actively with children to facilitate their early development.
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and non-teaching headteacher to implement educational strategies and monitor progress.
- Participate in the preparation and execution of educational activities that cater to the needs of young learners.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Experience in a nursery or early years educational setting.
