Residential Home Manager - Blackburn

Are you an experienced, dedicated Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We are supporting a well-established residential care home in Blackburn with approximately 60 beds to find a strong leader who can continue to drive high-quality, person-centred care.

This home is proud of its Good CQC rating and is seeking a manager who can maintain and further develop its standards, support staff development, and ensure residents receive the compassionate, dignified care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the home
Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
Oversee compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
Support, coach, and develop a dedicated staff team
Manage budgets, occupancy, and overall performance of the home
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Requirements

Previous Home Manager / Registered Manager experience (residential or nursing)
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Proven leadership and people-management skills
A passion for delivering exceptional standards of care
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or willingness to work towards it
