My client is a growing business based in the Morley looking to recruit an Administrator on a full time temporary to permanent basis.
Salary: £25,000Location: LS27Usually 7:30 - 16:00 (Can be flexible)Office based
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring paper work is correct and up to date
- Processing invoices on the system
- Communicating via phone in regards to rejected POs and invoices
- Chasing missing documents
- Managing general email inbox
- Uploading invoices
- Administration for the credit control team
- Ensuring Clients are paid on time and to agreed process
- Reviewing, Investigating, and fixing errors in payments
- Produce and help develop quality Daily and Weekly Client Information
