- Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, you'll be part of a nurturing and enthusiastic team that provides high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5. You'll help deliver creative learning experiences, support children's development, and ensure they feel safe, happy, and valued.

Key Requirements:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting
A good understanding of the EYFS
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A love for working with young children and helping them grow
- Senior Early Years Practitioner

This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner ready to take on added responsibility. You'll lead by example, support junior staff, and help shape a positive, stimulating learning environment where children can thrive.

Key Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher)
2+ years' experience with children aged 0-5
In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework
