Job Title: Multi-Skilled Automotive Repair Technician

Reports to: Operations Manager

Purpose of Role:

To deliver a best-in-class motor repair service to customers, providing expert technical repair services to accident-damaged vehicles while creating a customer-focused culture.

What We Offer:

* Basic salary: £41,500 + Bonus (uncapped)

* First two-month bonus Guarantee = £600.00

* 22 days holiday + Bank Holiday

* Company = 6% pension contribution/ employee = 2% (or employee can opt out)

Key Accountabilities:

* Deliver high-quality repairs to meet business targets and customer volumes

* Provide an effortless customer experience, treating every customer with exceptional service

* Maintain high standards of health and safety compliance, adhering to company policies and procedures

* Work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers, and business partners to achieve business objectives

* Contribute to the delivery of finance and commercial targets, controlling costs and minimizing waste

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform multi-skilled vehicle body repairs (paint, panel, and MET)

* Manage own time effectively to meet productivity and attendance targets

* Ensure accurate and timely feedback to the customer services team

* Maintain accurate records and documentation for health and safety procedures

* Contribute to a proactive resource plan, adhering to budgeted annual leave and attendance

Requirements:

* Previous experience in multi-skilled vehicle body repair

* BS 10125 or minimum NVQ Level 3 in specific department competence/s

* ATA cosmetic accreditation (preferred)

* Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
