About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a modern, well‑organised logistics site in Woolston.
This is a long‑term opportunity with permanent roles available after 13 weeks.

Shift Available:

Night Shift:

Sunday to Thursday | 11pm-8am (23:00-08:00)What You'll Be Doing
Loading & unloading wagons
Moving stock around the pallet yard
Handling pallets, cages & larger items
Stacking/unstacking pallets & working safely at all times
Keeping the working area clean & organised
Using a pump truck & supporting general warehouse tasks
Working to deadlines in a busy warehouse environmentWhat We're Looking For

✔ Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or in‑house accepted)
✔ Minimum 6 months FLT driving experience
✔ Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting
✔ Comfortable with manual handling & heavy lifting
✔ Reliable, safety‑conscious and a good team player
