Kotlin Developer - Contract (Outside IR35)

2-Month Initial Contract
We're looking for an experienced Kotlin Developer to join a fast-paced project on an initial 2-month contract. This is a great opportunity to work on a modern, high-impact platform with a collaborative and agile team.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and maintaining backend services using Kotlin
- Building scalable, high-performance applications
- Contributing to system design and technical decisions
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
What we're looking for
- Strong commercial experience with Kotlin
- Solid background in backend development (e.g. JVM ecosystem)
- Experience with Spring Boot (or similar frameworks)
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Comfortable working in agile environments
- Ability to hit the ground running in a startup setting
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Previous contract experience
