🧑‍🍳 Saturday & Sunday: 10:30am-9:00pm (with a 2-hour break)

💰 £13.50/hr weekdays | £14.50/hr weekends
👨‍🍳 Your Key Responsibilities as our Sous Chef:
As our dedicated sous chef, you will:

🧑‍🍳 Lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence
*
📋 Train, support, and inspire your team
*
✅ Ensure full compliance with Safer Food, Better Business and food safety regulations (HACCP)
*
🥘 Keep allergen information and recipe documentation accurate and up to date
*
🧼 Maintain high hygiene standards and implement daily cleaning routines
*
📦 Oversee stock control, ordering, deliveries, and reduce kitchen waste
*
🔄 Label and rotate stock efficiently
*
🗣️ Conduct daily kitchen briefings
*
📈 Assist in menu and dish development
*
🧾 Keep all kitchen records audit-ready
🌟 What We're Looking For in a Sous Chef:
Experience:
*
At least 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef
*
Proven leadership in a busy, professional kitchen
*
Track record of menu development and team management
Personality & Skills:

A motivated team player with a passion for food
*
Calm under pressure, fast-paced and focused
*
Excellent communicator and leader
*
Strong commercial awareness and time management
*
Takes initiative and leads by example
