DNA Recruit are working with an incredible London Events venue with stunning views across the City. This role will be working with the Senior AV Technician to provide high levels of services for all AV and Production clients and users throughout the venue, including AV set ups, live events and de-rig across over 20 meetings and events spaces.

You will provide guidance and support to each client, both prior to and during the live event. You will provide 1st line support for the client facing meeting rooms, connecting clients laptop to wi-fi and screens. For live events you will support with the operating of the mixing unit, setting up wired and wireless microphones and provide camera crews with sound feeds. Regular AV equipment stock takes will be needed along with ensuring you work with the wider business in relation to filming, streaming, LAN and connectivity requirements.

Is it you?
Ideally you will have a good knowledge of both meetings AV set ups, as well as live events and have knowledge of AV & VC equipment including Panasonic Projectors. Digital Mixing Consoles, Analogue Way Switchers, Panasonic PTZ cameras and Video conferencing Units.
 
Hands on experience setting up and de-rigging live events involving manual handling will be key along with a good knowledge of general IT connectivity, LAN networks and current software packages. This is a corporate events venue and will be working as part of a hugely professional team, so they will be looking for someone who is keen to learn, highly professional and with ability to liaise with a range of global clients.
 
A flexible approach to working hours will be required as the role will be working across 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, with some weekend work, and either early morning or late shift requirements. A sound knowledge of Health & Safety requirements will also be a necessity.
