You'll step into a hands-on position, working autonomously to deliver key month-end and consolidation activities that keep the business moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex monthly closes and group consolidations, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Maintain robust financial controls and processes, identifying areas for immediate improvement
• Partner with leadership to ensure clear communications and alignment with the broader business strategy
• Share knowledge and guide colleagues, particularly junior members, to uphold a high-performance culture
• Offer proactive solutions when encountering challenges or inefficiencies

Your Background

• Substantial experience in senior accounting positions (such as Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager) within dynamic environment
• Proven expertise in consolidation, month-end routines, and effective controls
• Track record of quickly mastering new financial systems and delivering value under tight deadlines
• Solid technical skills ideally gained within a larger business
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
