Reed Education are delighted to be partnering with an Outstanding secondary school in Northampton as they seek to appoint a passionate and dynamic Humanities Teacher to join their team from September.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Teach across Humanities subjects (History, Geography, RE – depending on specialism)
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students
- Plan, assess, and contribute to curriculum development within the department
- Support the pastoral and academic progress of learners
- Work collaboratively within a well-established and supportive team

What We’re Looking For
- A passion for Humanities and a commitment to student success
- Strong subject knowledge in at least one core Humanities discipline
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- QTS or relevant teaching qualification desirable, but not essential
- Applications welcomed from experienced teachers, ECTs, and FE lecturers transitioning to schools
