Operations Administrator - Overview

We are working with the UK's largest Renewable Energy companies who are seeking an Operations Administrator to join their growing team. The company have been established since 2008 and specialise in the installation of renewable energy systems such as Solar PV, Heat Pumps, Insulation and more to domestic premises. You will be working in the operations team, dealing with booking and scheduling of work, dealing with customers and much more.

As an Operations Administrator, you role will be based at their head office in Doncaster, they have a large and friendly team who all support each other to get the job done. The main focus of this role will be the day to day operations of the installation division. You will work with the team and with customers to coordinate and organise installation works to be carried out, give customers frequent reminders before and during installations, follow up post installation for payments and to deal with reviews and complaints that may arise. This role will be heavily customer focused and will require frequent communication with customers via email and over the phone.

The working hours are Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00pm. No evenings or weekends required.

Operations Administrator - Requirements

* Previous experience of 2 years or more in an administration role, within the last 5 years

* Customer focused and able to deal with queries and complaints

* Excellent customer focus and care skills.

Operations Administrator - Remuneration

* Basic Salary up to £28,000

* 23 Days + BH (Increasing with service)
