Our Regional Sales Manager will work within a small sales team to ensure the properties are maximising sales through structured sales planning and action to achieve/exceed Oxford Spires & Oxford Thames Hotels budgeted targets in all revenue areas.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of the 'pro-active' sales plan for various market segments for the hotels in conjunction with the overall commercial business plan and update monthly. They will take responsibility for an allocated portfolio of accounts, undertaking complete account management responsibilities for maintaining, developing and maximising opportunities for the hotel and group where appropriate, achieving individual targets set for the year
A key aspect will be maximising sales through structured sales planning and action to achieve/exceed Oxford Spires & Oxford Thames Hotels budgeted targets in all revenue areas. You will contribute towards monthly reports and board packs
As a seasoned sales professional, you will Identify new markets and clients to support the planned growth strategy in terms of both rate and occupancy in the corporate, and conference & banqueting market segments.
Working closely with the Directors of Sales, Off Property Sales Team and the Sales Director for Principal to ensure all key business opportunities are identified and exploited. You will Keep accurate and timely records of all customer interaction in Delphi and that's actions in line with company standards and KPI's.
Assist as requested, with Group activities such as Fam Trips, Group hospitality events and sales calling days. To be our ideal Sales Manager you will have a warm, personable nature and a can do competitive attitude. You will be able to take ownership of task and projects and complete from start to finish working independently or part of a team.
This role requires the candidate to hold UK driving license and access to a car for travel to meetings, presentations and exhibitions
