The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead our Dementia Residential Care service in Hitchin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to take responsibility for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strong leadership and management to staff teams

Ensure delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care

Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and company policies

Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Home Manager in a residential care setting

NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of dementia care and best practices

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Commitment to delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes
