What You’ll Need

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years
• Experience in a senior nursery role (e.g. Third In Charge or above)
• Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and compliance
• Confidence supporting teams and contributing to leadership decisions

• Support the Nursery Manager with the overall running of the setting
