Role Responsibilities - Customer Support Specialist:

Delivering high levels of customer service to help content creators from all over the world through email and online chat
Acting as the first point of contact as our Customer Service Advisor
Becoming familiar and a confident master of the Artlist and Artgrid products, music and film licensing, web troubleshooting and more
Using your own creativity to offer solutions to a range of clients
Maintaining a friendly, engaging and helpful approach to enquiries
Collaborating with A&R, Music, Creative, Footage and other departments within the company
Raising enquiries to other departments when appropriate

Person specification - Customer Support Specialist:

Previous experience working in a customer orientated environment, such as a customer service advisor, in retail or hospitality
You'll be proactive and well organised
A team player who can build strong effective relationships with our users and stakeholders
Be proactive and demonstrate great ownership and problem-solving skills
Computer savvy (If you have experience with Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve and/or Final Cut, even better!)
You will need excellent listening, communication skills and be super engaging and friendly
Some support needs will also require you to demonstrate empathy when resolving concerns
An interest in video content creation would be a bonus
