Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager or in a senior care role

Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and safeguarding

Proven ability to lead, develop, and support staff teams

Confident in managing budgets and ensuring high service standards

Level 5 Diploma in Social Care
