We're looking for a confident and personable Sales Consultant to join a friendly and supportive team on a beautiful new development in Didcot.You'll be working alongside an experienced Sales Consultant, with guidance from a knowledgeable to help you get started on this buzzing development. Key Responsibilities:
Guide buyers through their home buying journey from first visit to exchange
Create warm and welcoming customer experiences on-site
Manage the sales process end to end, supported by a team that wants you to succeed
Handle leads, viewings, and paperwork with strong attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
Sales experience from new homes, estate agency, or lettings
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
A self-motivated team player who's open to learning and adaptable
Comfortable working weekends (with 1 full weekend off per month)
