Our social housing client is seeking a motivated professional to join our Repairs and Maintenance team, providing high-quality electrical services across our tenanted and void properties in Wellingborough
What you'll do
Deliver all aspects of electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations in both occupied and vacant homes.
Complete electrical upgrades, rewires, fuse board installations, and provide certification (EICRs and minor works).
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, ensuring properties are left safe and compliant.
Maintain accurate work records using a handheld PDA system.
Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and care.
Operate a company van, ensuring vehicle and tool upkeep to the highest standards. What we're looking for
NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds qualification (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.

Experience working in domestic environments, ideally in social housing or similar.
A strong understanding of health and safety requirements.
Full, clean UK driving licence.
