Thrive Trowbridge are delighted to be working with our Radstock based client who are looking for a Maintenance Assistant on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:
In this key role within the business, you will be responsible for ensuring effective maintenance across the business.

Key Responsibilities :

Carrying out repairs, aiming for first-time fix
Diagnosing faults, working to budget
Obtaining quotes from subcontractors and supervising them working on minor installation works
Preventative maintenance
Facilities supportWhat you will need to succeed:

Proven trade background in plumbing, carpentry or general repairs
Experience of working within a similar role, ideally within an educational setting
H&S knowledge
Effective communication skills What you will receive in return:
