Aspire People are working in partnership with a primary school in Salford who are seeking an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to deliver targeted interventions across Key Stage 2.

The school is focused on raising attainment and narrowing learning gaps, particularly in Year 4 and Year 5.

Responsibilities:

Delivering small group Maths and English interventions.

Supporting pupils preparing for end-of-year assessments.

Assisting with classroom differentiation.

Encouraging independence and confidence in learners.

Supporting behaviour management strategies.

Working closely with the class teacher and phase leader.

We Are Looking For:

Level 2 TA qualification.

Recent KS2 classroom experience.

Strong literacy and numeracy skills.

Confident delivering structured intervention sessions.

A calm, patient and supportive approach.
