Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Salary: £82.02 - £96.96 per day

Simply Education is looking for flexible and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in the Grantham area on a part-time and supply basis from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible work around other commitments, or for those wanting to gain experience across a range of school settings.

Whether you're available a couple of days a week or prefer short-term placements, we can help match you with schools that fit your availability and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering engaging lessons alongside the class teacher
Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning
Help manage classroom behaviour and support a positive environment
Provide assistance to pupils with additional needs, where required
Support classroom organisation and preparation of materialsRequirements:

Previous experience working with children (Voluntary or Paid)
A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
Good communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
