Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)  
£20 per hour | Day Shifts, Full-Time

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.

  • Clinical experience in elderly care (e.g., wound care, catheterisation, dementia care).

  • Confident in care planning and using electronic health records.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A commitment to delivering inclusive, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with person-centred care plans and clinical guidelines.

  • Assess, plan, implement, and regularly review individual care plans.

  • Administer medication and treatments safely, monitoring for effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate care records and electronic documentation.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.

  • Provide emotional support to residents and families, ensuring dignity and compassion.

  • Mentor care staff and contribute to ongoing training and audits.

  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and nursing best practices.
