The Role

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the financial planning team. This is a pivotal role requiring a proactive, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a structured and client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Manage diaries and coordinate appointments for financial planners
Prepare documentation and materials for meetings
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications
Maintain organised and accurate filing systemsOperational Support

Support the client onboarding process, including collecting documentation
Assist in processing client transactions and data updates
Help prepare reports and materials for client meetings
Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standardsData Management and Analysis

Input and maintain client data using financial planning software
Perform basic analysis and assist in interpreting financial informationClient Service

Respond to client queries with professionalism and efficiency
Deliver high-quality service to both clients and internal stakeholders

About You

Essential Skills and Experience

Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent)
Previous experience in Financial Services
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Apple Macs is advantageousDesirable

Familiarity with financial planning principles and terminology
Experience using financial planning software
