Zest Education is seeking a dynamic English Teacher to join a "Good" Ofsted-rated secondary school in Coventry, teaching KS3/KS4/KS5. This position will commence in September 2025 and is a permanent position.

We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, enthusiastic, and adept at engaging students with diverse learning needs. The successful applicant will become part of a supportive English Department, working in a conducive environment to deliver creative and inspiring lessons.

Key Requirements:
- PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification leading to QTS or QTLS
- Strong passion and deep subject knowledge in English for KS3-KS5
- Collaborative mindset to thrive in a team-oriented setting
- Proficiency in planning, marking, and delivering high-quality lessons (planning and marking required only for short/long-term placements)
- Effective classroom and behavior management skills
