Data Centres | Structural RC Frames

Not your standard commercial roles these ones.

This is big, technical work - data centres and heavy RC frame packages. Fast-moving, complex projects where you're either heavily involved… or you're in the way.

This contractor is hiring across two levels:

Assistant QS (£25k-£35k)
For someone early in their career who wants proper exposure from day one. Not stuck behind a desk - out on site, learning on live jobs, getting up to speed quickly.

Quantity Surveyor (£45k-£55k)
For someone who can run with it. Managing packages, working with delivery teams, handling the commercials without needing their hand held.

Projects are UK + Europe (currently Scotland and Amsterdam), so travel is part of the role.

What matters across both levels:

- Comfortable working on site and close to delivery
- Able to handle fast-paced, technically demanding projects
- Willing to travel when needed

EU passport is a big advantage due to the nature of the European work.
