Are you an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for the industrial sector? Logical Personnel is on the lookout for a confident, results-driven individual to join our Chapeltown office, managing both temporary and permanent recruitment across the UK.

The Role:

This is a 360 recruitment role covering both temp and perm placements within the industrial sector—including warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and compliance.

Your role will involve developing a profitable desk, maintaining high service levels, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

What We're Looking For:

2-3+ years' experience in recruitment (ideally in the industrial/logistics sector)

*

Experience running a dual desk (temp & perm) preferred

*

Excellent knowledge of B2B sales, account management, and service delivery

*

Strong time management and compliance awareness

*

Proven ability to build and maintain client and candidate pipelines

*

Full UK driving license preferred
