A small, but growing construction consultancy based in Central London are searching for a proven Project Manager to join their team who brings experience delivering schemes across pre and post contract stages in the residential, healthcare and hotel sector.
The Company that the Project Manager will join:
The Project Manager will be joining a construction consultancy that are renowned for delivering exceptional schemes within residential, healthcare and hotel sectors with project values ranging from £15m-£75m.
The Project Manager will be expected to support the delivery of projects that will range from new build residential developments to refurbishment of hospitals and hotel fit outs.
The Project Manager role:
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects from start-finish. The Project Manager will be working alongside a Senior Project Manager, Associate Director and the Project Director.
The Project Manager will also be running programme of works and will be given support by Assistant Project Managers on a day-to-day basis.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion
- Communicating with external parties such as Contractors and Sub Contractors
- Provide support/mentorship to junior members of the Project Management team
- Reporting progress feedback on Projects to Associate/Project Directors and major Stakeholders
- Reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints
- Facilitating meetings with clients
- Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standards
Project Manager requirements:
- Previous experience working for a UK Construction Consultancy
- Relevant experience in residential, healthcare or hotel sector
- Pre and post contract experience
- MRICS or MAPM Chartered
- BSc/MSc Project Management
- Ability to manage schemes simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What would be offered:
- £55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package
