On an exclusive basis, greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Financial Controller to work with a growing manufacturing business based in Birmingham.

Reporting into the CFO, duties of the role will include:

• Timely and accurate Management accounts preparation, providing analysis and commentary

• Managing and developing a small team, leading on reviews, queries etc

• Sales and profit analysis

• Daily, weekly cashflow forecasting

• Preparation of Reporting Board Pack

• Production of statutory accounts

• Liaising with auditors for year end process

• Tax pack preparation

• Any other ad hoc finance duties

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

• Fully Qualified ACA/ ACCA

• Would suit a first mover from a top 20 firm

• Technical accountant with experience producing management accounts

• ERP knowledge would be useful

• Strong Excel skills

• Strong communicator and stakeholder management
