Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor costs, and control expenditure for major projects.

*

Support project teams in producing cost estimates, tenders, and financial reports.

*

Attend client meetings and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

*

Ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions.

*

Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts.

*

Identify potential risks and advise on solutions to mitigate financial impacts.

Skills & Experience:

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.

*

Experience working on large-scale projects (ideally residential, hotel, or commercial).

*

Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

*

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field is preferred.
