We are working with a highly successful, fully independent and Chartered financial planning organisation to recruit a Senior IFA Administrator. Our client has an excellent reputation in the industry; they have multiple offices across the South West and are current undergoing a period of organic growth.

The Role

  • Provide full administrative support to a team of paraplanners and advisers
  • Prepare and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, help to manage calendars and support the scheduling of client reviews.
  • Draft client correspondence, letters and reports as required.
  • Process applications, submissions and other client documentation efficiently.
  • Act as a point of contact for junior team members for guidance and support.
  • Liaise with the office manager and senior management team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to best practice.

The Person

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience in financial services administration, ideally within a financial planning or wealth management environment.
  • Is organised, proactive, and happy to provide guidance and support to junior colleagues when needed.
  • Enjoys working in a busy, varied, and rewarding environment.
