As a Property Accountant, your main duties include:

* Reviewing monthly income and expenditure

* Year-end reconciliations

* Posting property prepayments and accruals

* Identifying opportunities to improve cost management

* Working with finance and business managers to develop specialisms

* Variance analysis of budgets

The role is based at the company's offices in Dudley and also operate flexible and hybrid working!
