Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (37.5 hours a week)

Pay: £13.21 per hour

What you will be doing.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking phone calls
  • Managing emails
  • Organising spread sheets in excel
  • Processing data to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate information across our in-house systems

What we are looking for

You do not need formal qualifications for this role, but the following skills are essential:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to write clear and professional emails
  • Good general computer literacy
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Due to the location a driving licence is necessary.
