The Role

You’ll be responsible for generating fee-paying income through a variety of valuation and survey work, including:

  • RICS Home Surveys (Level 2 & 3)
  • Red Book Valuations
  • Bespoke Building Surveys
  • Help to Buy, Probate, and Matrimonial Valuations

You’ll also have the chance to work on specialist projects for lenders, housing associations, and private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your expertise with full support from regional managers and mentors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality valuation and survey reports using leading tech platforms (eTech, Quest, GoReport, Valos)
  • Build your personal brand and develop business within a 25–40 mile radius of your home
  • Network locally to grow business levels and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Meet KPIs for turnaround times and audit compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both private and corporate clients
  • Stay connected with your regional team through regular meetings and calls

About You

  • MRICS or FRICS qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience
  • Registered Valuer status
  • Strong knowledge of your local area (within a 40-mile radius)
  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and able to work independently
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving licence
