Run payroll operations with precision, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance in every country
Lead & develop a team of Payroll Specialists—coaching, supporting, and driving performance
Improve and streamline processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency
Collaborate with HR, Finance & external vendors to resolve queries and enhance the payroll experience
Leverage payroll systems (Workday & ADP preferred) to drive data accuracy and regulatory compliance What We're Looking For
5-7 years of payroll experience across multiple European countries
Hands-on expertise with Workday, ADP, or similar HCM/payroll platforms
A deep understanding of European payroll legislation
Strong Excel skills and a sharp eye for detail
A problem-solving mindset, proactive and unflappable in a fast-paced environment
